It's hard to believe but the upcoming spring sports season is right around the corner! To ensure that all student-athletes are fully prepared, registration for Winter sports is now open in Final Forms and will remain open through FRIDAY, FEBRUARY, 13th! 

If a student plans to participate in a spring sport, please log in to your Final Forms account and complete the registration process prior to the deadline.

Final Forms Registration Instructions:

1. Visit: https://talawanda-oh.finalforms.com/
2. Log in to your parent account.
3. Click on the "PROFILE" button for the student you would like to register for a sport.
4. Click on the "MANAGE SPORTS" button below the student’s profile information.
5. Select the sport the student would like to participate in this season.
6. Click the "UPDATE SPORTS" button at the bottom of the page to complete registration.

Important: While logged in, please ensure that all forms are complete and that an OHSAA Preparticipation Physical is uploaded.  FORMS MUST BE COMPLETED BY BOTH THE PARENT AND STUDENT-ATHLETE TO PARTICIPATE IN PRACTICES OR TRYOUTS.

Physicals Are Required Before Participation

• Athletes must have a physical completed and uploaded in Final Forms.
• No participation in practices or tryouts will be allowed until a valid physical is on file.
• The OHSAA physical form can be found HERE.

Final Forms registration ends for all spring sports on Friday, February 13th, 2026. If you are not registered by that date, you will be required to seek approval from the head coach of the sport you wish to participate in and register in person by visiting the Athletic Office.

Parent/Guardian & Player Sports Meeting

We will hold our Sports Parent/Guardian & Player meeting on Thursday, March 5th at 6:30pm in the Talawanda High School Performing Arts Center (PAC). ALL PARENTS AND ATHLETES SHOULD BE IN ATTENDANCE.

SportsYou

SportsYou is the team communication platform for Talawanda Middle School and High School sports.  Please ensure you have an account and have joined the athletic team you are participating with. If you need access to a team, please email the coach of that team and have them send you a code to join the group. SportsYou provides access to all communication from your coach, as well as the team calendar and important updates.

Picture Day

Picture day is scheduled for Monday, March 16th. Coaches will communicate the exact times to their teams.

Athletic Fees

Bus Transportation for Athletics

Athletic transportation by bus will not be available for weekday competitions starting before 6:00pm (6:30pm for competitions at schools that are further away). Student-athletes and parents/guardians should be prepared to arrange their own transportation to away events when bus transportation is not available.
